Headquartered in Dhaka, Crossline Aviation & Cargo combines Crossline Export Import LLC group backing, direct airport infrastructure experience, and seasoned aviation executive leadership.
Founded and led by Taraq Ahmed, CLAVC draws on twelve affiliated operating companies spanning food and agriculture, building materials, apparel, energy, logistics, and software. With approximately ~$120 Million in annual group turnover, trading across more than 100 partner relationships in Europe, the Middle East, the USA, and Asia, and banking relationships with Bank of America, our airline partners deal with a capitalized, highly stable corporate entity.
Furthermore, the group's Crossline Airways Service division has operated airline ticketing since 2020, with existing working relationships including Delta Air Lines, American Airlines, and Lufthansa, giving CLAVC an established foundation in fares, distribution, and airline relationships from day one.

Before Cross Line Aviation & Cargo existed, the wider Cross Line Group was already inside Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport's biggest transformation: our group's granite and porcelain tile divisions supplied materials used directly in the construction of HSIA's new Third Terminal — including its dedicated cargo building — as well as at Abu Dhabi International Airport.
Cross Line Aviation & Cargo is not approaching this market as an outsider; the group helped build the physical infrastructure it now plans to operate through, granting our executive team unique institutional familiarity with airport authorities and ground handling consortia.
